Hi, i recently overclocked my processor E6420 to 3.2GHz with the help of a great friend and he said to leave Orthos on overnight while i sleep to stress test the cpu (4-5 hours), now im about to se it but what test should i do, Blend stress cpu and ram or something else?

any advice would be great.

Yip Blend. That will test some of your memory as well as the CPU.

Select Small FFTs if you only want to test the CPU.

and i leave it stressing overnight? im sure i can get to sleep with the fan making a whiney noise ^^ <<-- Can sleep through thunder.

left it on for 7 hours, that should be enough, nice and stable
