Orthos or Prime95?

For any modern cpu (Sandybridge onwards moreso as it has AVX support), latest version of prime95. Has orthos been updated this decade even? Prime blend will test RAM as will Intel burntest/LINX (make sure you're running SP1 Win 7 and your version of IBT or LINX supports AVX or you won't really stress the cpu.
 
Prime95 to be honest, as long as you are running it properly, understand the different tests and how they work etc.
 
I usually do Intel burn test with custom ram for around 40-50 passes and an overnight run of Prime
