Orthos - two instances for quad core? Temps?

Whats the best program for stressing 4 cores for stability?

Im running two instances of orthos, with small fpu's to stress, will this stress both?

I used to be a massive overclocker but was out the loop for two years, whats the highest limit that is safe for a q6600?

At 3.6 the cpu is sitting at 63deg with all four cores being stressed, is this acceptable? (its silent air).
