I have never really thought about it. I have seen posted shots of tweaked and altered OS X's here but I am not sure what people have used. There are a few apps - ThemeChanger (free) Candybar and Shapeshifter (not free) and ThemePark but I have never used any of them so can't comment.
Come to think of it a lot of XP users seem to be determined to change their theme to look like OS X.![]()

Buy CandyBar - it's worth the cash.
There are loads of tiny Mac Apps out there that only cost about $10 - 15 and are so so worth it.
