OS X install - quick question - quick answer needed

Hoping for a quick answer to my question. I've just put my new SSD into my 13" 2009 MPB to install OS X. I've been told to format it "HFS+ Journaled". I couldn't see that option in the disk utility, only to erase it "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)". Is this correct??

also, make sure it's the correct type - GUID i think, and not GPT or MBR, (in the extra options button)
