Hey all,

Quick, perhaps silly question - ( I couldnt find anything on tinternet or this forums search) -

Can I buy Leopard and use it on my PC set up - i.e AMD 64 3200, x1950 pro etc?

Im guessing no but I thought I saw somewhere that you could..

Cheers

Nope.

1) It supposedly runs very poorly on PC hardware

2) It's against the terms of use to run it on anything other than Apple hardware.

1)No it doesnt, for the most part it runs just as good as it does on apple hardware. varying from what hardware you have of course.

2) true

3) leopard hasnt been patched yet (well it has but groups aint releasing it because then apple will fix the loophole for when final is out)

Didn't know any of that.

So I couldnt buy it and install it on a separate partition without having some major problem? (inc lawyers phoning me up :P)

Thanks :)

Pretty much, [SpItFiRe-Ace].

It would be great if it was legal to run on a PC - but it's obvious to see why it'll never be made available for the PC.
