Osu Tatakae Ouendan (DS) help!!

spin in a circular motion as fast as you can, clockwise/anticlockwise doesnt matter just spin!
i think the blue ring indicates like how much time is remaining before it disappears.
it will score you on how succesful you are like when you hit the normal things, you will score extra points for spinning more times than is required... but the requirement is different for spinner thing in different songs
edit - they are pretty much there for the bonus points in the earlier levels but in the harder settings they tend to throw them spinners in the middle of songs rathe than just at the very end and it gives you back health if you do them really well

Yes it is, but i would get Ouendan because the J-Pop is one of the best parts about the game, Elite Beat Angels will have western tracks. There both probably worth getting though, just i wouldn't wait for Elite Beat Angels since Ouendan is one of the best games i've played in a long time .
