OSX - Connect to a share by IP

This is probably a really noob question but I have very little experience with OSX

I have a PPTP VPN connection back to my office on my mac setup, how do I connect to the windows shares by IP address.

On my windows box I just Start>>Run>>\\192.168.2.10\Share

Does Command-K in Finder allow you to connect to the IP address and then use the share you need? That's the way I usually do this, although not via a VPN
