OSX filesystem cleaner?

Hiya all,
Need something to clean up a 200gb drive that has just been filled with data from a Mac. Basically need an app to remove all the DS_STORE & similar files it appears to have left all over the place.
This may well come under the same type of app, so I'll stick it here as well- Anything to remove the licence files, readme etc. that are lying around?

The only thing I can think of at the moment is searching for the DS_Store files using the search option built into to Windows, i've done this a couple a of times and it works OK
