OSX HTPC Advice?

Hi guys, I'm back again asking about HTPCs. Hopefully soon, I'll be able to afford to make the build I want.

what are the pros and cons of having OSX with XBMC?

I'm after OSX for iOS game development but also want a HTPC. Instead of buying/building two separate PC's, thought of a two in one build ^^

I would have made my main PC part hackintosh but some of the components are incompatible. (capture card blackmagic and Radeon HD 6970)

Lastly, I want the HTPC with 3D support.

Please help me out on what you would do and components you would use ^^

OSX does not play nice with any custom hardware setup really.

You could get away with using linux if you didnt want to distribute your apps through the apple app store but really your only option is to buy a mac.

Get a mac mini.
