I was with freeola broadband before going over to o2 but now I can't use my 3 freeola email accounts through outlook, I can receive mail but not send. The o2 email account sends fine but not the 3 freeola accounts.
I have changed the smtp ect over to o2 settings but then it sends but I never receive them.

It's most probably freeola blocking mail being sent on a non-freeola line possibly?

I had the same issue with UKonline. I have an email account with them, but I can't send any emails through outlook because my internet connection is via BE* now.

Just change the smpt server for the other accounts to use the smpt server provided by 02?

So if your old freeola account had the settings
pop3.freeola.com
smtp.freeola.com

and o2 has the seetings
pop3.o2.com
smtp.o2.com

You'd set the freeola ones to
pop3.freeola.com (basically leave it as it is)
smtp.02.com
