Other User ?

OK cleaned out my sons PC...as it was a state and needed a good clean...all went lovely , That is until I tried to go to the desktop...as he has no password login never has had one either, there should have been no issues ...but the windows login window " Other User " is being displayed .. and as I've never seen that before I'm lost as to what to do ...if anyone could help I would be very grateful please ?

As far as I know there are no other accounts , He is the only one who uses the PC

OK so i left the PC off for while as it would not let me pass" Other User" login screen , and went back to see if i could do something with it....and it just went straight to the desktop as it always has done before , as it should do ...so I'm at a bit of a loss as to why I had this issue....but I'm gonna do some scans tomorrow

Well as I found some tool bars that shouldn't be there ...I will run some scans for any possible malware
