Is everyone aware of an issue that when you port your number to a new network you are unable to receive OTPs from banks, google, credit card companies etc? I regularly port my number and am now experiencing this. . . . .
HMRC own all UK numbers, Ofcom manage them, UK operators buy access to blocks of numbers from Ofcom and continue paying for access to all numbers within the block even when no longer servicing the number.thx. any where I can read in writing that the number is owned by the original number it came from?
