When I see a guy walking through town with a D4, 300 2.8 and using live view like a point and shoot I will let them know :p.

lol - of course it was targeted, you dont go and steal all that kit when looking for someones purse and plasma tv!!!

Nice haul though, wouldnt mind a few bits off that list myself.

Im sure they are insured.

What is scary is how quickly the camera gear adds up to such value. Apart from some duplicated Nikon 1 camera, it is more or less a Nikon dream list that has 1 of each lens/flash. Ignoring costs, that would more or less my ideal setup, minus a few Nikon 1s, the D90 and D5100 (the D7000 would suffice) and a few less useful lens (wouldn't bother with the 14mm or 16mm given the 14-24mm f/2.8).

There are also some missing lenses that would be in my ideal kit such as the Nikon 180mm Macro and a few 3rd part (e.g. Zeiss) lenses. Also missing tripods, heads, some extra flashes and lighting gear, bags, printing, memroy cards, omputer, backup, software.


100K or more for the dream setup. WoW!
