Oulook express email backups

My mates PC won't boot into windows but i can access his Hard Drive through my PC. Where / how can i backup all his emails that he has, Inbox, Sent etc with Outlook Express? Where are they hidden so i can save them all?

Been a while since I did it but if I recall correctly the emails are stored in :-

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application\Data\Identities\{GUID}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Address book I think is here :-

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\username.wab
