out of date ?

ive noticed since the past couple of years hardware has had it's serious changes some people pay out extreme amounts of cash for there rigs and thay get excited when there desktop arrives in there hands and the following year it's out of date and the last hardware is much cheaper and so it means hardware and such a demand these days i know it's always been like that but come on guys it's every month now right LOL
