Out of practice - need spec £600

Been absolutely ages since I've specced a computer, and a friend has asked for a £600 spec. Not sure if they're going to play games or not, so just include the capability to play them with lower quality. Will need a monitor and windows as well.

Here's a spec without a monitor, I'd recommend picking up a cheap second hand CRT locally. everything looks better on a CRT imo

Thats a very nice system with good use of the the this week only deal. The CPU is however a retail version and comes with a CPU fan so unless he is overclocking there is no need for the 64 Pro CPU cooler.

The extra cash could be spent on the overclockers 17" tft
