Help me out. Talking a mate through a graphics installation process and now he gets a 'Out of Range' Error.
He has the x1950 256MB on a Benq 17' screen. It installed fine but after reboot it's kicking out that error. It appears to be the refresh rate issue according to google, but how to fix it if you cannot even see the Windows desktop after a restart?
