when a product says out of stock does anyone know how long it normally takes for something to come back in stock

i was just thinking as ive ordered a bfg 8800gts but it is out of stock?

Looks a very nice setup that. Will you be overclocking? Didn't see an aftermarket cooler. I changed my retail fan even though I'm not initially overclocking cause It was irritatingly noisy and high temperatures!
