4 days ago i purchased a system from overclockers with a 2060 OC Gigabyte GPU
Order still says 'order received - no shipped'
I wouldnt expect it to have shipped yet as build is minimum 7 days apparently, but worryingly the system is no longer on sale by overclockers, and the gpu itself is no where to be seen on sale on the website itself, presuming that its out of stock.
Whats the crack with this? Ive heard a few horror stories of orders 'going out of stock' even days after purchase and orders being cancelled without warning as a result. But seeing as ive already had a credit approval and search on my file that would be an unacceptable outcome?
Anyone have any experience with this and how it works? Would they simply order another GPU to complete my build or get in touch and offer me the chance to replace it with something like for like (or pay more for a better GPU without cancelling my order?)
Any help would be appreciated as its the first time ive used these guys
