Out of the box Wolfdale support

Hi guys,

About to buy the kit to build a new rig after a few years away from OCing.

Which mobo will run an E8400 out of the box without requiring a bios update as I do not have a C2D to use for the update.

Mine ran fine, a Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L purchased from here last Wednesday which was loaded with the F7 bios.

I've reflashed to F9b since, but it booted fine out of the box.

I'm pretty sure, although don't hold me to this, that any G31/G33/P31/P35/X38 chipset will run it out of the box, it's the P965/975X chipsets that need a BIOS update.
