Out of the game, Need a new Mobo

I currently have a Gigabyte P35-DS3R with an Intel Q6600 2.4 Quad and 8GB of ram, sadly it's getting old and starts to struggle when working on both my monitors, I'm looking at for a new Motherboard and processor but has been years since I bought anything that I don't know what's good.

Any recommendations?, I don't really want to spend too much.

Without spending too much, i3 (or one of these unlocked Pentium) + GTX 750 Ti is a decent combo.
