OUt of the loop, need a dx11 card

Hi, as per title I want a dx11 card to play tropic 5, don't want to spend a fortune as I only have a Q6600 and an NVidia GTX285, what would be an equivalent/slightly better card?

I game at 1080.

Cheers for the replies, luckily a friend has loaned a DX11 card to me, its not as good as my card but should play tropico5 with ease, what a faf for one game!
