Out of the water cooling loop. SP3 block advice.

I’ve been trying to get my hands on an Optimus SP3 block with no luck so far. Is there anything else available with similar performance and quality?

Not sure about the SP3 block but Techn from Germany make a block that equals/beats the Optimus Foundation block
