He's bought a 2.4 EX Accord himself according to the other thread? I say bought it might be a company car or the like.

eek, tough crowd :)

I'll keep my car choice to myself

At least yours has a proper engine:p

Its really wierd having a Diesel, the bloody fuel guage refuses to move, Ive done close to 250 miles since yesterday and its barely moved, its either uber economical or its got the worlds biggest fuel tank:p

My nightmare is a job with a company car. Because they'll probably hand me my P45 if I say 'A Focus diesel? What? I want a 530 M Sport'.

Are you insecure about your car choice?

absolutely not, more concerned about an unbiased and qualified opinion in this forum :D

as regards the fuel guage, I would take it with a pinch of salt and expect it to drop drastically shortly I've done over 100 miles now in my gas guzzler and it hasn't dropped either

and yes I bought a heavilly discounted 2.4 EX and got shot of my FN2 Type R

That's nice Stephen, I'd have one over a Mondeo or anything short of a BMW definitely

comment appreciated, as it's my own dosh I couldn't really stretch to a nice 5 series or an A4 for that matter, the level of kit on them is astonishing for the money.

why would I want to buy someones cast off ?

seriously tho, I concede there may be better cars out there but for the money I paid and the level of kit I am very pleased.

maybe a BMW some other time, handing it back over to OP as my input seems to have diverted the conversation a bit :)

At the risk of sounding like I'm pushing BMW's onto people, something I am accused of but rarely do, but because you kinda asked.... because it isn't a Honda Accord?

Somebody elses Audi A4 3.0 Quattro is surely better than a new Honda?

Nice cars, front grille reminds me too much of a new shape C Class though (not a bad thing as the C class looks amazing) and the default wheels are too small for the nice, bulgy body!

No interior pics though?

Fail!

Looks shiny ;) How much did you pay for it in the end then?

Some more pics for anyone interested.....I really must learn how to use a bloody camera properly!

Its a well specified car, Sat nav, with parking camera, bluetooth, voice activation for most functions - although Its struggling with my black country accent:p. Its also got half leather seats, metallic features on the inside and funky floating needles on the instrument cluster.

Some mean alloys would totally transform the look and then it will be win.

Yeah the alloys dont really go with the car, Honda do some nice black chrome 18's which do look good, really good. Having 17's is a blessing in disguise tho, theres a bit more of a tyre wall, so I wont kerb my wheels as much!
