Outdoor camera to tablet

I am not sure where I should have put this question but it does involve a laptop or tablet.

My brother lives on a narrow boat - being old his eyesight isn't so good so he has a security camera on front of boat hard wired to back of boat (65ft) to a router type box (BNC I think) and then he plugs it into his laptop - The reason is he can't judge where front of boat is so with camera and laptop he can see exactly where front is and steer into locks.

Now the problem is he has dropped his LT and broke it - so I said plug the camera into back of his PC - it is my old Q6600 PC I gave him and is still perfectly usable -

Now the hard bit - If he plugs it into PC can he then send signal by WiFi ( PC also has WiFi card) to a Tablet with Android - Aldi are doing a 10" one for £149.

I am sure this must be a simple job but I am not into Android or WiFi unless it's plug and play. Also he only has a mobile phone not a smart phone so that's out of question.

I am sure this is an easy question for a few on here.

If it is easy, chapter and verse would be appreciated as we are both duffers on this.

Yes here are lots of security camera software on google play.

If you too late to grab Aldi tablet for £149 then there is alternative tablet with same spec Linx 10 which can be found for £149-159 running Windows 8.1 and you can upgrade it to Windows 10 for free.
