Outdoor security cameras

We have several wired CCTV cameras but they are around 8 years old and the picture quality is terrible (especially in the dark).
I have been recommended to a EUFY camera (as was considering 'Ring', been looking at the following:

SoloCam S40 £199 (solar recharge)
SoloCam L20 £149.99
SoloCam E40 £119.99
SoloCam E20£99.99

The picture quality looks great and I like that there are no hidden costs or yearly subscriptions.

Opinions please, are they worth it / is there anything else I should consider?

Hikvision or dahua. There is already a massive CCTV thread you should just go read and post in there.
