Outgoing email problem

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'email subject', Account: 'Business Mail', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 aamtaout02-winn.ispmail.ntl.com connection refused from [90.197.252.132]', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

Getting this error when trying to send mail using outlook express. I've set it up correctly im sure as it works on my desktop normally and i thought i'd sent using this lappy too. Receive mail no problem even now too, checked the online ntl guide for setting up and see no conflictions.

Perhaps a server issue? Only noticed it last night and today but cant remember sending emails off it too well.

ah right, cheers mate would never have caught onto that.

Unfortunately the NTL conn isnt possible as i have sky in my uni house. Im a bit of an idiot so do you mean i need an entirely new email addy? Or just need an outbound mail provider? If the latter, where can i get one or what are the options?
