Outlook 2000. Is there an easy way to transfer settings and emails between computers?

I'm upgrading a machine, and I need to get all it's settings, folders, rules, and accounts on to a new machine.

Is there an easy way to do this?

copy the .pst file accross and export the mail rules.

File > Export ?

Export to PST file, that should cover your contacts, emails, calendar.

Rules
Tools > Rules > Options > Export Rules
