Outlook 2003 - disappearing archive emails

Hi there,

A collegue has come to their archive folders in Outlook 2003 and out of some of the folders the emails are missing. They were put in this morning. I have exported the archive PST to my computer and indeed getting the same issue - certain folders have no emails.

Does anyone have any solution for this?

Have you checked the archive settings to see which PST they are being archived to and is there a cut off date set ie emails older then a certain time will be removed?

How do I check for a cut off date?

Yes checked the correct PST is being used.
