Does anyone know if, in Outlook 2003 you can give either a personal folder or a regular subfolder the properties of a 'sent items' folder?
The reason for this question is because if you open a new mail then go to Insert > Items then chose a subfolder within a PST which contains sent items it defaults to only displaying the 'From' field. Which is pretty useless as all the mails will be from yourself. Right cicking doesn't add the option as it would normally and setting the view within the folder itself doesn't carry the option over...
