the user has 3 email accounts all pop/smtp, and all 3 on different domains,

so he gets emails to

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

is there a way to set it so when he replies to an email that came TO [email protected] it appears to have come from that address... so an email to [email protected] when replied to would appear to be from [email protected]

curretnly all replies appear to come from the same defaul address..

I ahve in the short term created him 3 outlook profile as a work round.

thanks for any ideas

upgrading to outlook 2007 is an option if there is a setting there..

I know you can add the from field, but unlike outlook express it just brings up all of the address book when you click it..

Not sure if it helps but you could add the from field (options on a new e-mail) and then just put from and the address you want to use - obviously the user will need send as permissions.

Edit: don't click the from button just enter the address as if you ware sending a new e-mail.
