Hi,
I've been clearing up my Outlook 2003 emails, emptied junk mail and deleted items (over 72,000 emails), I then setup auto-archive on sent items, junk mail and deleted items so it won't get so damn full again
I was hoping to reduce my data file size from 1.4gb down to the size of my 'important' emails (127mb), but my clean up only got it down to 800mb.
I've checked the folder size of all my email accounts put together and it only comes to 127mb, so I really don't understand where Outlook is getting 700mb from?
I have checked through all the folders, but can't find that 700mb of data!?
Any ideas please?
Thanks,
Craig.
