Has anybody had this glitch?
When outlook does its send and receive it pop's up saying along the lines of "re-enter your user and pass for the server" previous values are in the usual fields so I click OK and it works fine. But pop's up from time to time (no particular order of occurence) asking for the details again, even though they are there in the fields, and corrct as it works when I click OK. As I said there is no pattern (i.e on the 5th send receive) and the microsoft knowlege base is temporairily down with this issue : http://support.microsoft.com/?id=264672
Is there a way of flushing the password list or similar (resetting user data does not work, neither does a re-install of outlook '03 and this box has popped up three times while I have been typing this and half of what I have typed here has gone into the password field as I look at the keyboard when I type.
Oh the woes of buggy MS software, but hey, we love them really, dont we?
