Outlook 2007 contacts where abouts ?

I was just getting my phone numbers in order and accidentally deleted them, I've got a Acronis backup of the whole drive, where can I find the file with the contacts in ?

doc&settings\username\local settings\app data\microsoft\outlook
or
doc&settings\username\app data\microsoft\outlook

It'll either be *.ndk or *.adr files you are looking for

Or even Outlook.pst, depending on exactly how Outlook was configured.
