Outlook 2007 Intermittent S&R

HI All,

For a while now my legit version of Outllok 2007 has decided that it will S&R when it feels like it.

Typical occurance...

1. Start Outlook
2. Send and Recieve may work it may not.
3. If it does, all is well.
4. If it doesn't, it may work after 60 seconds or longer.
5. It may not work at all.
6. Restart Outlook no joy.
7. End process in TM.
8. Restart and again it may work it may not.

I haven't found anything to suggest what the issue is. I have run diagnostics, and found no errors. I have run scanpst, and found errors but this makes no difference.

Anyone got any ideas?

Anything stuck in the Outbox?
Try disabling all add ins, and re-enabling 1 by 1?

Thank you. I am not entirely sure how to achieve that, as most add ons want me to be the administrator, which I am (as far as I know). I have changed all the permissions in the Outlook security (right click/properties/security) and set me to full. But still, I cannot delete or disable the add ons. I am clearly in error but not sure what to do. Thank you
