Hello,

i am having a problem sending emails using my outlook 2007 client.
i have my outlook set up to access gmail pop3.
i use an external program that sends 300 individual emails to outlook, which
outlook then sends off.

but what i am finding is it sends about 150 of these emails then send and
receive comes up as complete. if i then try press send and receive again it
will come up as complete straight away.

after looking closer i found that the ICON that shows email is sending

(envelope with lines behind it)

changes to an envelope with a clock on it, which i am aware is a scheduled
email for a later time. the only way for me to clear this is to go into each
email individually and press send they then send straight away. this is
obviously annoying as its another 150 emails i have to go into, and i have to
do this task once a month.

any one got any ideas on how to stop outlook setting these emails as
schedules.

thank you for the response UKDTweak, yea i can understand google blocking the emails from sending it too many is gone at one.. but seems odd that outlook would move this items to schedual tasks. anyone else got any ideas?

there is a known problem with outlook 2007 where emails just sit in the outbox and don't send, even after reopening and clicking send and receive the only way to send them is to open it and click forward and then it sends right away.
