Outlook 2007 missing follow up folder?

I'm using Outlook 2007 and i cant find my follow up folder at all. I see that i have emails that are flagged, but no follow up folder like in 2003?

Does 2007 come without a follow up folder? If it does how do i add this folder again?

It seems the follow up folder has gone, but now follow ups appear in the task pane (bottom right corner). Follow ups can now be categorized by time to follow up, and are listed under such headers. Double clicking the item in the task pane opens the email in question, right clicking it lets you change the follow up status or remove it.
