Outlook 2007 Quicky

Depends how you have it setup.

You can have four profiles (which I guess is what you have now) and open the PST / OST files individually. Once you've opened them you can then just use the 'fast' menu (by that I mean the recently opened files bit).

Other than that you can have on profile with all of the accounts under that and use rules to seperate the accounts out.

Cant think of a really easy way to do it at the moment though the above is easy enough!

I'm sorry dude, but I have no idea what you've just said...:o

Just to clarify, I have four accounts, but I want to redirect new mail to a single folder so I can read all my new mail with no concern for what account it came in on. :)

Ah I'll try and clarify.

If you go into control panel then double click on mail and click on show profiles I'm assuming you have four profiles there?

If you backup all your mail first before doing this (i.e. open outlook, click on file menu then import/export then export to a file) for each mailbox.

Delete all of the profiles then click add - call it whatever you want. Click on manually configure server settings and add your first e-mail account (I'll assume you know all of the details for your e-mail accounts). Once you've done this close it down and open control panel / mail again. Click on show profiles then click on properties then click on e-mail accounts. Now add the other three in there. You should now get all mail going into one e-mail box.

Oh and too import all the old e-mail just click on the file menu then import export and import from a file.

Does that help at all?

Thanks for your reply.

Nope one profile with 4 accounts. They all have their own PST file, plus another PST which I'd like to direct the mail (outlook default). I noticed under account settings it says which location it sends new mail to, where can I change this to the outlook default PST?
