I'm trying to set up a rule to delay all emails which I send by five minutes, unless I say otherwise. I can do the first bit, simply through the rules menu, but can't work out how to tell certain emails to go immediately. there are no specific groups of emails, for example to certain people, that I would want to go immediately, so I can't set a hard and fast rule for this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

These are the steps I use to create a rule that does this in Outlook 2007, not used 2010 but can't be much different:

New Rule > Start from blank rule > Check messages after sending > On this machine only > (warning messages) > defer delivery by a number of minutes

Hope this helps. I delay by one minute, very handy for those "oh God" moments when you click send by mistake!
