A couple of ladies across from me in work have asked me for some help setting up categories in outlook. They want internal emails to be left alone but they want all email domains outside of our work one to be colour coded. (just one colour). I'm sure there must be some kind of 'if not from *@workemail . com then put in red category.' but in the 2 minutes I spent looking before I came for help I couldn't see anything.
