I get an error message returned every time I send an email to someone in my GAL/OAB in which (error below), it appears for some reason that my outlook or something with my account is adding an extra ")" to the end of the email address but everything looks "OK" when i type their names in... its only affecting me any ideas ?

thanks

Doesn't look like a bracket issue to me, it's just brackets within a bracket. I.e. (first bracket (second bracket)) - there are two open and two close brackets which is right.

Have you tried deleting the entry from your nk2 cache and entering it again?

If you go into a new message, start typing it, the address should come up in the autocomplete list, select the entry with the arrow keys then hit the delete key. Now it's deleted from the cache you can enter the email address again and see if it goes.
