Outlook 2010 Query

Cant change the title but its 2007 not 2010...sorry

I have set up 2 email boxes within my Outlook, and any e-mails I get to my person address, I get a visual pop up to tell me there is a new mail, but I do not get a visual pop up for the new email address I have set up in Outlook when I receive a new email.

How do I enable this?

You can't (from what I remember) even in 2010 (which I have) only the main 'Inbox' will trigger the pop-up

I have 6 email addresses (Virgin, Google, Yahoo, Hotmail etc..) but only my Virgin being the main email inbox will do it!!..

You could always try 'Pop Peeper' as an alternative, its a skinnable pop-up for as many email boxes as you care to have it monitor!!

is there not a way to create a rule in outlook to show the popup/make sound for the extra mailboxes?

Oooo Good one!.. Never noticed that!!..

You can either have a Full On Pop-Up window with a Custom message, or the little notifier pop-up in the bottom corner...
