Outlook 2010 question?

Outlook 2010 has a feature that shows you if you have previously replied to an email. I would like to run a search for all emails that have this flag, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to run it.

Any Outlook gurus able to point me in the right direction?

Right click the email and select "Find Related", then you can find by conservation or by sender.
