Outlook 2010 Re-install help

I formatted and re-installed windows last night, when i installed office 2010 i found that i had installed the x86 version rather than the x64.

So i decided to uninstall it, and then install the x64, all went fine but when i try to open outlook i get the below image.

any ideas on what to do?

tried that, even emptied any references to outlook from the registry, but had the same issue.

have rolled back to the install of the x86 version and its back up and running.
think i'll just stick with it until my next re-install now.
