Outlook 2010

Can't seem to find the options to startup minimized in the program itself, have put a shortcut in startup folder but I would like to make it startup minimized if possible, cheers.

Dont you right click the Outlook icon in the bottom right of the taskbar, and click start minimised?

Maybe different in 2010

Doesn't work for 2010 version, just pins it to the taskbar then when I open it its stuck minimized.
