Hi all, I hope the thread title wasn't too misleading, I would like to populate a contact group with the respondents to a particular email if it is possible.
Here is the scenario
I would send an email inviting people to join a particular activity, I have a rule setup to move all the replies to a specific folder.
I would then like to be able to populate a contact group with all of the people that replied to my message so I can contact them all in one go.
I know I can add the respondents to my contacts list one at a time and then add each of these contacts to a contact group but this would be very time consuming but I can’t see another way to do it.
Am I missing something really obvious (wouldn’t be the first time) or is this the only way to populate a group?
