Hi chaps, it's driving me mad. Certain emails seem to not format correctly, these are clean incoming emails from companies i.e. National Lottery, PayPal etc.
I've tried re-installing Office, resetting/defaulting any settings within Outlook I can find. I haven't changed anything either prior!

EDIT: Just to confirm, the same emails format perfectly fine on both my iPhone and via Outlook.com.
