outlook 2k7 error opening 2k2 pst

hi guys,
got a small problem, i just exported all my emails into an outlook 97~2002 pst file so that i could open them in my new install of outlook 2007 but no joy i get an error saying that i dont have permissions...

any ideas?

Check the file properties and ensure the attributes are not set to read only. if they are, untick.

Try Properties > Permissions > Advanced and take ownership of the file.

thanks guys i checked to see if it was read only and it wasnt, i also change the permissions and it still wont work, any ideas?
