I have this problem with Outlook 2003.
Whenever I send an email it underlines, now it used to happen as soon as I started typing, however I played around with the stationary options and now it doesn't underline when I type the email, however when someone receives the email or I check the mail in sent items it's underlined?
It's not set in the mail format options.
Any ideas?
